You will come away with up-to-date knowledge and clarity in managing your condition.

  • Consisting of a 90 minute initial consultation and 2 x 50 minute follow up sessions
  • Sessions are 1:1 via video call or telephone call 
  • Sessions are typically every 2 weeks, but can vary depending on your needs 
  • Email support in between sessions as needed
  • Personalised written information and handouts provided 

PCOS Empowerment Package

3 months of support to empower you to live well with PCOS. This package is suitable for people want to work on several health goals related their PCOS with support to make lasting change.

  • Consisting of a 90 minute initial consultation and 5 x 50 minute follow up sessions
  • Sessions are 1:1 via video call or telephone call 
  • Sessions are typically every 2 weeks, but can vary depending on your needs
  •  Email support in between sessions as needed
  • Personalised written information and handouts provided

*Often working on improving your relationship with food can take time and may require additional sessions after the package has ended. You are welcome to add on as many sessions as you need.

Packages can also be paid in one go or in instalments. You can pay in 2 instalments for the PCOS Personalised Guide; up to 3 instalments for the 1 month PCOS Fundamentals Package and up to 5 instalments for the 3 month PCOS Empowerment Package.
