As well as having in-depth knowledge on PCOS, nutrition and health science, we use psychology and counselling skills to help you target the main drivers of your PCOS symptoms.
We strongly believe that punishing exercise regimes and restrictive diets do not lead to true authentic health in the long term. We use Intuitive Eating principles and resources to move towards a peaceful relationship with food.
We believe that nurturing a healthier relationship with food and your body is a powerful step toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Focusing on authentic health and wellbeing will not only improve your PCOS symptoms, but can have a positive impact on your relationships, confidence and self-esteem.
