I'm Millie


I'm a Registered Dietitian based in Torbay, Devon and online, with extensive experience in working with people with different physical and mental health conditions.


I have a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, a degree in Psychology and a certificate in counselling.


I help people with chronic health conditions manage their symptoms and feel more at ease around food.

What I help with

 
  • Gut Health – I help people with functional gut disorders such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), chronic constipation, diverticular disease, reflux and more. I I use an evidenced-based and holistic approach to gut health, focusing on nutrition, stress, activity and mental health to help manage symptoms. I am FODMAP trained from King’s College London. 
  • PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)  – I have have in-depth knowledge of managing PCOS and I have the condition myself. I focus on nutrition, stress reduction, movement and rest to target symptoms and promote long-term health and wellbeing. 
  • Diabetes – I help people with Type 1, or Type 2 diabetes or people with insulin resistance improve their blood sugar levels and promote long-term health and wellbeing.  
  • Heart conditions – I help people optimise their heart health through nutrition aimed at reducing cholesterols levels and improving blood pressure. I also focus on exercise, stress and rest to improve heart health in  way that fits in with your lifestyle and goals. 
  • Relationship with food  – I help people move away from chronic or yo-yo dieting and build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food, using Intuitive Eating Principles.

My approach to health

As well as having in-depth knowledge and experience with working with people with different health conditions, I also use psychology and counselling skills to help you target the main drivers of your symptoms and promote long term, sustainable health goals. 

I believe that eating well and nurturing a healthier relationship with food and your body is a powerful step toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
