Registered Dietitian & Founder of Ruder Nutrition. 

I help people with chronic health conditions manage their symptoms and promote long-term health & wellbeing, without fad diets.   

I am passionate about helping people feel more at ease around food and regain trust in their bodies.

My Professional Credentials

Registration & Education

  • I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • I am a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and of the Mental Health subgroup  
  • I  have a first class degree in both Psychology (completed in 2014), and Nutrition & Dietetics (completed in 2019).
  • I have a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling 
  • I have completed, and continue to complete, many hours of professional training each year to keep me up to date with the latest evidence.
 
 

Experience

  • I have worked as a dietitian in the NHS for over 5 years in a range of community and hospital settings. 
  • I have a wealth of experience in working with people with long term health conditions manage their health goals. 
  • I also have lived-experience from having health conditions myself and having to navigate the healthcare system.
